Luis is a Development Consultant with expertise in building development teams and establishing contracts, templates, processes and the culture necessary for the successful delivery of a development program. He is well-versed in managing construction projects in every phase, from due diligence all the way through tenant improvements. In addition to managing multiple projects of varying sizes, Luis is adept at building strong project team relationships including internal and external stakeholders such as architects, engineers, consultants, utility service providers, and jurisdictional agencies.

As a Senior Development Manager with more than 30 years of experience in the development/construction of multiple projects in the commercial and public sectors, Luis has been involved in the delivery of 8+ million square feet of high-rise mixed use commercial office, residential condominium and apartment towers; commercial interior, residential and retail tenant buildouts; adaptive reuse; schools, and public libraries, including projects in the Pacific Northwest and California.
